Important Note
All prices are in Yen and are per person, per night except for the rate to book the entire lodge.
Payment
All prices are in JPY, deposits can be paid via Flywire, Paypal, Square or directly into Mojo Lodge Japanese Bank account, payments via Paypal or Square incur a 3.5% service fee payments and Telegraphic Transfers incur a 4,000 JPY processing fee. Local Japanese bank transfers are fee of charge.
We recommend Flywire as there are no merchant fees applicable with this service and Transferwise offers a better exchange rate than both Paypal and your local bank.
Discounts
- Children 11 years of age or under at the time of stay - 20% discount
- Stays of 10 nights or longer - 5% discount
- Stays of 14 nights or longer - 10% discount
- Stays of 21 nights or longer - 15% discount
- Stays of 28 nights or longer - 20% discount
- Stays of 60 nights or longer - 30% discount
Rates Include
- 10% Consumption tax
- Full daily breakfast
- Pick up and drop off on arrival and departure from Hakuba Valley
- Mojo night shuttle between 5pm and 7pm
- Morning drops to any of the lifts at Happoone ski resort, Evergreen Ski School or the Happoone bus terminal.
- Unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi and Netflix
Cancellation Policy
In the event that you need to cancel and you have provided us with more than 30 days notice we will happily provide you a credit for your next stay with us at Mojo Lodge and this credit doesn't expire. Credits can not be transferred.
Deposits are lost for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in date.
In the event of border restrictions which stop you from being able to travel for the dates booked we can either move your booking to alternative dates or provide you with a credit for a future stay.
Deposit
40% Deposit is required within 5 days of booking confirmation.
Final payment
Due 30 days before stay.
A 7 Night minimum is required during Peak Season
However, stays for 1 or 2 nights when avaialble incur 4,000 JPY per room surcharge.
